As part of the Customer Service Order Desk team, you’ll engage with healthcare agencies and individual caregivers. Your responsibilities will include managing client orders, addressing concerns, and improving service opportunities. This full-time contract position spans five months and emphasizes teamwork and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process client orders via phone, email, and fax
• Attend to client inquiries and resolve concerns
• Generate reports for internal service tracking
• Maintain accurate customer information and service records
• Assist with rental equipment management
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in customer service roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingualism in French and English preferred
