You will be essential in delivering high-quality service and enhancing client experience. Candidates need a minimum of three years in client support, expertise with AI tools, and superior communication skills in both official languages. Your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a customer service advisor providing insightful support
• Capture and analyze client concerns for service improvement
• Collaborate to enhance tools across client service channels
• Ensure timely resolution of inquiries in a team environment
• Maintain accurate tracking of client interactions
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent
• No less than three years in customer service
• Understanding of CMHC products and services
• Proven skills with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication abilities in English and French
