This role focuses on delivering top-notch customer service while managing equipment rentals and maintaining standards at the U-Haul center. You will engage with customers and use U-Scan technology for efficient inventory management. The position also includes hands-on training, moving equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
• Use U-Scan technology for rentals and inventory management
• Move and hook up vehicles and trailers
• Clean and inspect equipment regularly
• Prepare invoices and process returned rentals
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to undergo safety training
• Desire for ongoing education and advancement
