Member Engagement Associate at Altea

Join Altea's elite team as a Part-Time Member Engagement Associate. You will be the warm welcome that sets the tone for exceptional member experiences from day one.

In this front-facing role, you will greet Altea members with genuine warmth and familiarity, managing the check-in process smoothly. You'll also support recovery services and the Pro Shop, ensuring all member needs are met with care and efficiency. Maintaining an organized and inviting front desk will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every member warmly as they enter the club

• Manage the check-in process accurately and efficiently

• Assist with recovery services and Pro Shop inquiries

• Learn and remember member preferences and routines

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or hospitality roles

• Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele

• Reliable and punctual with attention to detail

• Proficient with basic computer systems

• Valid First Aid and CPR-C certification required
