GDI Ainsworth is seeking a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher with 3–5+ years of experience. Your primary role involves serving as the liaison between customers and field personnel. You'll troubleshoot issues, schedule service work, and maintain accurate records of all activities to promote customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily workload of service requests for timely resolution

• Receive calls and emails from customers for service requests

• Create and track work orders for incoming communications

• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups on work orders

• Schedule preventive maintenance and confirm dates with customers

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of dispatch experience in a service-oriented environment

• Bilingual in English and French is an asset

• Strong organizational skills for managing information and schedules

• Excellent communication skills for clear expectations

• Attention to detail in documenting and completing tasks
