Drive excellence in customer support as a Customer Success Supervisor at net2phone Canada. This role prioritizes effective coaching and improving customer success strategies in the telecommunications sector.
As a full-time Supervisor, you will mentor the Customer Success team by enhancing skills through training and feedback processes. Your oversight will ensure timely responses and the integration of customer insights, contributing to net2phone's exceptional service reputation. Collaborate with the internal teams for continuous improvement and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct coaching sessions to develop Customer Success team
• Ensure fair assignment of client cases based on SLA
• Manage documentation for port out requests
• Facilitate training and webinars for product knowledge
• Monitor Salesforce task queues for efficient workload distribution
Requirements:
• 2-3 years supervisory experience in Sales or SaaS
• Outstanding organization and attention to detail
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
• Strong curiosity and desire to improve
