Oportun is seeking passionate candidates with customer service or sales background to join as Full-Time Member Loyalty Representatives. This role emphasizes creating unique member experiences and reaching out to potential members either in-store or at community events. You will be key in educating communities on Oportun's affordable financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome members warmly and ensure quality service
• Process transactions while safeguarding member information
• Engage in community outreach to inform potential members
• Maintain a clean and inviting store environment
• Utilize technology for administrative and member service tasks
Requirements:
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Outgoing, sales-focused, with strong communication skills
• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Ability to work outdoors and travel for outreach
• Basic computer skills and ability to lift 25 pounds
