Position: Tenant Experience Representative - Bilingual Role
Ottawa Community Housing is hiring a Bilingual Tenant Experience Representative to improve tenant services. Contribute to tenant well-being by addressing inquiries and managing rent processes in a flexible hybrid model.

As a Tenant Experience Representative, you will ensure that tenants have a positive experience by processing requests and providing timely solutions. The role focuses on engaging with tenants, maintaining records, and assisting with rent reviews and payments. This position requires reliability, exceptional communication skills, and fluency in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for tenant inquiries and services

• Address and de-escalate tenant concerns efficiently

• Process rent payments and related documentation

• Determine eligibility for Rent Geared to Income

• Update electronic tenant records as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service, minimum three years

• Excellent organizational abilities

• Bilingual in English and French, with additional languages valued

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Required Criminal Records Check
