Position: Movati Athletic Member Experience Role
Join Movati Athletic as a Member Experience Associate during evenings. Create an atmosphere where members feel welcome, comfortable, and healthy while promoting exceptional customer service.

As an essential member of the Member Experience team, you will contribute to making Movati Athletic a premiere affordable luxury fitness brand. In this role, you will interact with guests frequently, ensuring their needs are met, and assist with any issues that arise. Flexibility and a positive attitude are key for your success in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively resolve member issues and inquiries

• Deliver high-quality service in café and pro-shop

• Uphold cleanliness and safety in the club environment

• Keep current on club programs and products

• Handle sales transactions with accuracy and care

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred

• 1+ years in customer service or related field

• Current CPR & First Aid certification required

• Excellent attention to detail and flexibility

• Dedicated to enhancing member satisfaction
