Community Ambassador at Carlingwood

As a Community Ambassador, you'll serve as the first point of contact for shoppers and retailers at our Guest Services Desk in Ottawa. You will proactively engage with mall visitors to offer assistance, boost gift card sales, and maintain up-to-date directories. Your creative flair in marketing initiatives will be a big plus, along with your strength in building positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with shoppers and retailers at the Guest Services Desk

• Support the promotions team on event days

• Handle gift card sales efficiently

• Answer and direct phone inquiries and requests

• Ensure all mall directories are current and accurate

Requirements:

• Secondary school education completed

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Bilingual in English and French preferred

• Exceptional organizational abilities

• Strong interest in community engagement
