Position: Customer Service Parts Associate Role

This role involves working closely with clients to support their service needs related to commissioned water slides. You will manage requests and ensure prompt and adequate responses to all customer inquiries. Experience in a fast-paced parts department is essential as you navigate and facilitate parts procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming requests through electronic ticketing

• Create customer quotes for parts using a fixed catalogue

• Oversee commercial aspects including purchase orders

• Conduct timely follow-ups with clients regarding orders

• Support on warranty and installation instruction inquiries

Requirements:

• High School or College Diploma with parts training

• 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with ERP systems for quoting and invoicing

• Competence in MS Office applications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
