Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to customers and suppliers across various channels

• Collect and enter product orders accurately

• Ensure customers receive timely and excellent service

• Maintain up-to-date customer accounts and interactions

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a customer service capacity

• Some college education; degree preferred

• English/French bilingual required

• Packaging industry experience advantageous

• Excellent communication and typing skills
