• Greet and assist members and guests at the front desk

• Answer phones and resolve inquiries with friendliness

• Check members into the system efficiently

• Conduct tours for prospective members and sign up new ones

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the club

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age

• High School diploma or GED required

• Background in customer service preferred

• Strong computer proficiency skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
