Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests with exceptional customer service

• Manage front desk operations, including phone inquiries

• Check members into the system and process new member sign-ups

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age

• High School diploma or GED required

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Basic computer skills are necessary
