Scheduling Agent

This role involves sourcing independent contractors to test and provide feedback on customer experiences  part of the Canadian team, you’ll support contractors to ensure our services meet client standards. Your strong communication and organizational skills will shine while working under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage independent contractors for evaluations

• Offer support to assurances the quality of feedback

• Meet strict deadlines to align with client requirements

• Utilize technology for efficient communication

• Conduct outreach via phone and social media channels

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and French

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Need evening and weekend availability

• Experience in a retail or call center setting is helpful

• Familiarity with customer experience evaluation is desirable
