Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness

Taymax Group seeks a Member Services Representative to deliver outstanding service to members at our Ottawa location. Exceed expectations and create a welcoming fitness environment.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members and prospects at the Merivale club. You will handle inquiries, initiate memberships, and support the club manager with daily operations. This position requires good listening skills and a passion for helping others achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests

• Manage incoming calls and assist appropriately

• Facilitate tours and sign-ups for new members

• Update customer accounts and address inquiries

• Ensure club cleanliness and complete cleaning tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18

• High School diploma or GED equivalent

• Customer service background is preferred

• Basic computer proficiency

• Reliable with a positive demeanor
