Position: Housing and Card Services Officer
Take on a pivotal role at the University of Ottawa as an Information Officer, focusing on housing and card services for a 12-month temporary position. Become the go-to expert for student housing and card-related inquiries while benefiting from a collaborative work environment.

In this intermediate role, you will be responsible for supporting clients in housing assignments and card services within Student Affairs. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student eligibility for residence assignments

• Coordinate room changes and extensions

• Promote meal plans and card services

• Manage student information confidentiality

• Analyze and generate occupancy reports

Requirements:

• Three years of experience in customer service

• Knowledge of FIPPA and privacy laws

• Bilingual in French and English

• Proficient in office software and database management

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
