Position: Full-Time Customer Service Role at CCTS
Become a pivotal part of CCTS as a Customer Service Representative, actively shaping customer experiences in the telecommunications sector. This permanent position requires effective bilingual communication.

Working for the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services, you’ll engage directly with customers, answering inquiries and managing complaints. Ideally, you should have at least one year of experience in customer service, particularly in call center environments. Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment are essential for handling sensitive cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers via live calls and written messages

• Provide detailed information regarding complaint handling

• Review complaints to align with organizational mandates

• Uphold confidentiality in all communications

• Utilize MS Office suite for documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• At least one year customer service experience

• Competency in Windows and MS Office tools

• Exceptional customer service abilities; bilingualism preferred

• Familiarity with telecommunications complaints is advantageous
