As a Customer Service Agent at U-Haul, you will be the first point of contact, assisting customers and maintaining equipment quality.

This role offers valuable training and involves moving and inspecting vehicles and facilitating returns. Your contributions will ensure that every customer receives the highest level of service during their U-Haul experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with customer inquiries regarding products

• Use U-Scan technology for managing rentals

• Clean and check equipment for quality assurance

• Prepare rental invoices and process returns

• Engage in continuous education at U-Haul University

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Capable of physical tasks including heavy lifting

• Adhere to safety protocols in the workplace

• Eagerness to learn and grow with U-Haul
