Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule service repair appointments efficiently
• Provide accurate written cost estimates for services

• Review and close out service repair orders thoroughly
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• Previous automotive or heavy truck service experience
• Strong customer service and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Valid driver's license and clean abstract
