Position: Customer Success Manager at Assent

Responsible for managing complex projects and senior stakeholder relationships, this role is integral to our commitment to customer satisfaction.

In this senior-level position, you will cultivate long-term client relationships and oversee each client's lifecycle from initiation to execution. Your expertise in consultative management will be crucial as you guide customers to realize the full value of their subscriptions. Collaborating closely with the Program Support teams, you will ensure that client milestones are met while actively seeking opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop long-lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor

• Manage client performance metrics and overall health

• Conduct strategic planning sessions like Executive Business Reviews

• Analyze program results for continual improvement

• Lead special projects enhancing customer success

Requirements:

• 6+ years in customer success or project management

• Strong communication skills; additional languages are a plus

• Experience in technology/SaaS environments is advantageous

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Applications

• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
