At Sienna, you will be crucial in providing personalized assistance to residents, ensuring comfort, dignity, and fulfillment in their daily lives. Your duties will include greeting visitors, resolving inquiries, and maintaining records, all while creating a welcoming atmosphere. This casual position requires availability for weekdays and some weekends to cover shifts and vacations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families

• Provide friendly assistance and address inquiries promptly

• Maintain accurate records and cash documentation

• Conduct mini-tours for new visitors

• Support managers with clerical tasks

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills and compassion for seniors

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Ability to communicate with tact and professionalism

• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
