SDR Electric, Plumbing & Heating Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative & Office Administrator for a hybrid role based in North Augusta, Ontario, paying $20–$26 per hour based on experience. You'll answer customer inquiries, book appointments, coordinate technician schedules, keep customers informed, maintain accurate customer and job information, prepare invoices, process payments and assist with ordering and inventory. We're looking for someone with at least one year of service-office or similar experience who is comfortable with spreadsheets and learning the systems we use to run the business.

Experience in the trades or a service-based company would be an asset.

SDR Electric, Plumbing & Heating provides residential electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling services throughout Eastern Ontario .
