Serve CHEO visitors in Ottawa as a Parking Customer Service Attendant, using strong interpersonal skills and customer service expertise. This occasional role offers flexible scheduling.
Indigo Park Canada is seeking dependable attendants for its parking facility will greet customers, provide directions, explain parking procedures, and assist with pay stations. The work includes ticket logging, inventory management, lot monitoring, signage checks, and daily cleaning. Experience with cash handling and bilingualism are considered assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide directions within the CHEO parking facility
- Greet customers warmly when they arrive onsite
- Assist pay station users through intercom systems
- Monitor parking availability and maintain facility signs
- Clean gates, machines, and booths daily
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Dependability for occasional work assignments
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Cash handling experience considered an asset
- Bilingualism considered an asset
