Support Actionstep users through SaaS troubleshooting, ticket management, and thoughtful customer service during Pacific and Mountain business hours.
As a Customer Support Analyst, you will serve as the first contact for users of Actionstep’s in-house CRM platform. You will investigate root causes, resolve enquiries, and communicate clearly across support, customer, and development teams. The role requires at least three years of customer-facing help desk or support experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inbound live chats and emails
- Manage competing ticket priorities and service targets
- Investigate issues through calls and screen sharing
- Resolve core customer problems efficiently
- Escalate tickets with relevant information
- Minimum three years customer support or help desk experience
- Experience supporting a SaaS technology platform
- Level One and Level Two distributed support experience
- Strong written, oral, presentation, and communication skills
- Availability during Pacific and Mountain business hours
