Support Kalkomey customers in French and English through phone, email, and chat from Ottawa or Quebec, Canada. Apply empathy and process accuracy daily.
As a Customer Experience Agent, you will provide first-contact assistance for products, services, and account inquiries. You will resolve routine issues, document interactions in the CRM, and escalate complex cases when appropriate. The role supports Kalkomey’s outdoor education platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customers through phone, email, and chat
- Resolve routine issues using established procedures
- Escalate complex cases with complete context
- Document interactions and resolution outcomes accurately
- Follow up on open cases as required
- Fluent written and verbal French and English
- Residence in Ottawa or Quebec, Canada
- One year of inbound call center experience
- Availability Tuesday through Saturday, including weekday evenings
- Ability to follow workflows and service standards
