Senior Living Concierge Receptionist

Welcome residents and families as an Amica Dundas Concierge, using customer service and administrative skills across scheduled shifts. Serve as the first point of contact while maintaining professionalism.

This temporary full-time Concierge position supports residents, visitors, team members, and members of the public. You will create a positive, welcoming environment through front-desk communication and administrative support. The work includes responding to inquiries, managing messages, maintaining files, and assisting with basic accounting functions.

• Greet residents, visitors, and public members professionally
• Respond to front-desk inquiries with information
• Answer calls, emails, and other messages
• Redirect communications to appropriate parties
• Maintain resident files and complete administrative duties

• Customer service and administrative experience
• Previous office environment experience
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
• Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends
• Professional communication across varied interactions
