Medical Reception and Cashier Coordinator

Welcome healthcare partners and manage accurate transactions as Ontario Medical Supply’s reception and cashier coordinator. This full-time permanent position supports professional store operations.

You will serve as the first point of contact at Ontario Medical Supply, partnered with Royal Drugs for healthcare services. The work combines visitor management, customer inquiries, payment processing, order coordination, and retail support. Your organization enables Retail Sales Consultants to focus on customer consultations and needs.

• Maintain professional reception, visitor sign-in, records, and access credentials
• Direct visitors and notify staff about meetings or appointments
• Resolve checkout questions and provide exceptional customer service
• Contact customers about ready orders and outstanding collections
• Keep waiting areas, merchandise, and retail spaces clean and organized

• Fluent English and French communication, spoken and written
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reception, front desk, or visitor management experience preferred
• Healthcare, pharmacy, or medical supply experience preferred
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
