Serve Quince customers in French and English through chat, email, phone, and social channels while resolving issues empathetically and clearly.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will own interactions from start to finish and build trust through polished communication. You will navigate service tools, become a product expert, and share recurring insights that improve customer experiences. This position requires remote-environment communication and may be onsite near Toronto.

• French and English fluency, written and spoken
• Minimum two years of customer service experience
• High School diploma or GED
