Drive digital customer adoption at Loopio as a Scaled Customer Success Manager using customer communication and analytical skills remotely. Help customers achieve outcomes through Loopio’s platform.
This client-facing role sits within Loopio’s Scaled/Digital Customer Success team. You will gather feedback, provide product adoption guidance, and collaborate across Customer Success, Product, and Customer Experience. The work supports digital journeys, customer engagement, renewals, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather customer feedback, needs, and product adoption insights
- Develop digital communications with cross-functional partners
- Create personalized communications from time-based and value-driven triggers
- Monitor health, usage, engagement, and product metrics
- Build Gainsight success plays, templates, and meeting frameworks
- At least one year in Customer Success, service, or marketing
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume engagements and large accounts
- Strong organization, project management, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical approach to trends and engagement strategies
