Support Algonquin College clients as a Client Services Representative using computerized office skills and professional communication onsite at Woodroffe Campus.
Reporting to the Parking Services Manager, this part-time support position serves as a first point of contact. You will explain parking, locker, and card services while handling account updates, client technology assistance, and College policies. The position requires regular onsite work in Ottawa.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide information about parking, lockers, cards, and service availability
- Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and emergencies
- Assist clients with online and in-person services
- Validate information and process student and staff identification cards
- Process withdrawals, transfers, refunds, and failed registrations
- Minimum one-year certificate in business or related studies
- Three years of practical experience in high-demand client service
- Experience in educational or equivalent service settings
- Computerized office experience in detail-oriented environments
- Experience using Microsoft Word
