Serve Planet Fitness members overnight at Bank Street in Ottawa, using customer service skills and basic computer proficiency. Support a welcoming club experience.
This Member Services Representative position serves members, prospective members, and guests at the Planet Fitness club. You will manage front desk activities, answer questions, update accounts, and support membership sign-ups. The role also includes maintaining club cleanliness and completing assigned checks.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet members, prospective members, and guests professionally
- Answer phones and assist callers with questions
- Check members into the system
- Conduct tours and sign up new members
- Complete cleaning lists, walk-arounds, and bathroom checks
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency and customer service skills
- Punctuality, reliability, and independent work ability
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
