Build client service expertise at Sun Life as a Student Client Services Administrator, using Excel and communication skills in a hybrid workplace.
This student program provides insight into Sun Life while developing meaningful administrative experience. You will support Plan Sponsors, Members, and Advisors through GRS Operations client administration. The work centers on timely service, accurate transactions, and client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle daily administration for a block of business
- Process control account transactions accurately each day
- Verify output and correct member account issues
- Escalate issues and complaints to service leadership
- Track assigned work in management operating systems
- Excellent PC skills, especially Excel
- Accuracy, speed, and strong organization skills
- Ability to multitask during high work volumes
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of RRSPs, DCPPs, and DPSPs
