Excel and customer service skills support Sun Life clients through a hybrid Student Client Services Administrator position. Handle inquiries while maintaining accurate daily administration.
This student program role supports Plan Sponsors, Members, and Advisors within GRS Operations. You will administer business, process control-account transactions, and provide service excellence. The work requires accuracy, organization, communication, and knowledge of GRS products including RRSPs, DCPPs, and DPSPs.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle client inquiries through direct contact and provide service excellence
- Administer business within service level standards
- Process daily control-account transactions accurately
- Verify output and correct member accounts
- Escalate issues and complaints to Client Service leadership
- Excellent PC skills, especially Excel
- Accuracy and speed handling daily work
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of GRS products, including RRSPs, DCPPs, and DPSPs
