Junior E-Commerce Customer Success Manager

Build e-commerce customer relationships as a Junior Customer Success Manager while learning storefront operations, fulfillment, payments, and issue resolution.

This early-career role supports customers throughout their journey and helps them gain value from products or services. You will onboard customers, understand their goals, solve problems, and coordinate with product, sales, marketing, and other teams. Experience may include customer success, customer service, sales, account management, hospitality, or owning an e-commerce business.

• Build reliable, responsive relationships with e-commerce customers
• Help customers onboard and understand offerings
• Track follow-ups and account activity in internal tools
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions across teams

• One year managing customer success or an e-commerce business
• Understanding storefronts, fulfillment, payments, and customer issues
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, ownership, and follow-through
