Scotiabank seeks a Customer Experience Associate in Pembroke, Ontario, combining customer service and digital banking expertise within its branch network.
This 12-month contract offers 22.5 hours weekly. You will build customer relationships, process daily transactions, explain financial concepts simply, and introduce mobile banking applications. The position supports customers throughout their banking journey while contributing to branch targets.
