Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of dental practices

• Assess and strategize for growth and optimization

• Implement action plans for company initiatives

• Act as liaison between corporate and practice staff

Requirements:

• 2+ years recent experience in an Orthodontic Dentistry office

• Background in supervisory or management roles

• Experience managing multiple locations preferred

• Demonstrated accountability for financial performance

• Effective in people management and leadership
