Position: Associate Dentist | Part-Time and Full-Time

Associate Dentist | Part-Time and Full-Time

A growing, modern dental practice in Ottawa, ON
, is seeking two motivated and talented Associate Dentists (Full-time and Part-time) to join their clinical team. Currently operating out of an efficient 2 to 3-operatory setup with immediate, high-growth potential, this practice offers a highly collaborative environment alongside an established team of full-time hygienists.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for clinicians who balance strong leadership with an approachable, easy-going personality. The ideal associate is compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to delivering comprehensive, high-quality oral healthcare. Excellent communication skills, a desire to collaborate seamlessly with support staff, and a mindset geared toward continuous learning and professional growth are essential.

Hours: Full-Time, 4 days per week (Monday through Thursday).

Earnings:
Highly lucrative commission of 40%

Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental benefits are available to support you following a standard 3-month probationary period.

Part-Time Opportunity (Independent Contractor):

Hours: Part-Time, 2 days per week (Wednesday and Friday), with the option to add a third day.

Earnings:
Highly lucrative commission of 40%

What You Bring to the Team

Qualifications: Must be licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice dentistry in Ontario with a valid RCDSO registration.

Languages: Being bilingual/French-speaking is considered a strong asset for this Ottawa location, though not strictly mandatory.

Experience:
New Graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply! The practice is fully prepared to offer mentorship and clinical support to a promising new graduate looking to confidently establish their practice.

Core Must-Haves: Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, a collaborative spirit, and a positive attitude that welcomes team feedback.
