In this pivotal role, you will create a warm atmosphere for patients while optimizing their visit schedules. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients upon arrival
• Optimize daily appointment schedules for maximum utilization
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage recall system
• Facilitate appointment calls and confirmations
• Complete billing and process insurance claims professionally
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dental Administration
• Experience with dental software is mandatory
• A clinical background is a plus
