Monday - Thursday: 7:45am - 5:15pm; some Fridays: hours depend on clinic needs.

The wage for this Dental Administrator position is $24.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and location. This is a replacement job opening.

• Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression.
• Optimize the daily appointment schedule to ensure full utilization with minimal gaps.
• Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records.
• Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
• Process referral letters and other patient correspondence; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts.
• Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments.
• Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments, submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries professionally.

• Minimum 1 year of Dental Administration experience is required.
• Experience with dental software programs is required.
• Clinical background is considered an asset.
