As a Sterilization Assistant/Floater, you will play a key role in our dental office, focusing on disinfecting and sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Sterilize dental instruments to maintain safety

• Assist dental teams with sanitation protocols

Requirements:

• Completion of a Medical Device Reprocessing certificate or similar

• Willing to consider candidates without prior experience

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Experience with dental management software is a plus
