Position: Lead Urban Architect - Gensler

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate documentation efforts with all involved technical consultants

• Support seamless communication with clients throughout projects

• Deliver innovative technical guidance to overcome design challenges

• Lead the maintenance of project specifications and manuals

• Oversee site visits, manage submittals, and address RFIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

• A minimum of 10 years in commercial design

• Licensed and proficient in Revit and Adobe Suite

• Understanding of building codes and construction principles

• Preferred qualifications in LEED, WELL, or Passive House
