This established firm is seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Technologist with a strong background in architectural documentation. You will collaborate closely with Project Architects and other senior team members throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to Design Development and Construction Documentation.
This role offers a dynamic work environment with diverse project types in a supportive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and coordinate Design Development and Construction Documents
• Produce architectural drawings and models using Revit
• Assist with building code analysis and permit submissions
• Support consultant coordination and technical problem solving
• Participate in drawing reviews and quality control processes
Requirements:
• Diploma in Architectural Technology or Bachelor of Architecture
• 3+ years of experience in architectural practice
• Strong Revit proficiency and BIM workflow skills
• Knowledge of building codes and construction systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
