NORR is seeking an experienced Designer to compile project information, develop architectural designs, and ensure timely delivery. The role requires expertise in design software like Revit and AutoCAD, and familiarity with building codes and systems. You'll be responsible for coordinating with various disciplines and conducting site visitations to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze project information from various sources

• Develop architectural designs meeting quality and budget requirements

• Coordinate design intent with other disciplines

• Prepare detailed design reports, drawings, and models

• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with construction documents

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of project work experience

• Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit, AutoCAD)

• Familiarity with MEP and Structural systems

• Relevant post-secondary education completed

• Registration with an architectural association is a plus
