49, you will oversee a team responsible for creating architectural designs and construction drawings. This role focuses on client communication and technical oversight to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team for architectural design and construction documentation

• Lead project meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary efforts

• Ensure client needs are met within cost and quality constraints

• Review project performance metrics and financial data

• Assist with RFP preparation for new projects

Requirements:

• Licensed Architect or relevant professional designation

• Minimum of 10 years in a similar project management role

• Familiarity with BIM, REVIT, and AutoCAD

• Experience with mixed-use or Security & Defence projects

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
