Perkins & Will seeks a talented Architect with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Your role will encompass all phases of the building design process, including schematic design and construction administration. You will coordinate with consultants, develop presentation materials, and ensure compliance with project delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of project complexity

• Develop innovative design concepts and solutions

• Coordinate drawings for all project phases

• Conduct product research and select materials

• Prepare compelling client design presentations

Requirements:

• Professional Degree in Architecture

• Minimum 5 years of architecture experience

• At least 2 years using Revit

• Strong graphic and 3D visualization skills

• LEED AP or commitment to earn within 6 months
