Position: BGIS Senior Occupancy Services Leader

In this position, you will oversee a dedicated Drawing and Occupancy team, ensuring timely project delivery and compliance with BGIS's policies. Your responsibilities include handling technical issues, facilitating the transition of services, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage team delivery of drawing and occupancy services

• Conduct verification activities to ensure accuracy

• Execute project commitments while maintaining quality standards

• Support continuous improvement and training initiatives

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum college diploma in architecture, engineering, or related field

• Experience with CAD software, especially AutoCAD 2016
