As a member of lululemon's dynamic OTW design team, you will collaborate with talented professionals who are passionate about active wear. Key Responsibilities:
• Design outerwear focused on functionality and performance
• Research and interpret global trends for product innovation
• Create sketches and technical drawings for garment production
• Collaborate with athletes to enhance product offerings
• Review and refine prototypes for optimal fit and quality
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in design-focused roles
• Bachelor's degree in Design (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and 3D design tools
• Strong communication and aesthetic intelligence skills
• Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities
