Lead the Public sector at NORR as a Studio Manager with options to work remotely. Manage resources, ensure project success, and mentor architectural staff across various projects.
As an Experienced Studio Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Public sector's success and ensuring teams are well-resourced. Your leadership will involve monitoring project deliveries, conducting budget reviews, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. Foster teamwork and innovation while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards through effective staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct staffing and oversee project execution
• Conduct monthly performance evaluations for projects
• Manage client interactions and service delivery improvements
• Develop and implement financial and operational plans
• Guide safety training and succession considerations
Requirements:
• Over 10 years in supervisory/leadership roles
• Knowledgeable in architectural design and M&E systems
• Ability to obtain Secret security clearance
• Relevant education in architectural or engineering fields
• Registered with a professional architectural organization preferred
