Studio Manager for Innovative Design

This strategic role involves supporting the senior management team in achieving the firm’s growth objectives. As Studio Manager, you'll lead staff in providing exceptional design solutions while ensuring financial success and maintaining strong client rapport to enhance business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead training and mentorship initiatives for staff

• Oversee financial management of design projects

• Engage in responding to RFQ/RFP and business development

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Direct projects within the Interior Architecture & Design group

Requirements:

• Over 10 years’ experience in interior design or architecture

• 2+ years in a managerial capacity

• Expertise in commercial interior design projects

• Strong local network and client development experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; CAD and Revit knowledge
